Windows 11 Migration Support Internship

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and updating documentation related to the use of Windows 11 using AI tools
• Solve 2nd level support tickets together with other specialists
• Gather feedback from End Users after the migration to identify areas for improvement
• Test Windows 11 features and discuss with the team if we should use them

We expect you have:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Understanding of Windows 11 operating system.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 1100 EUR/month (gross)
