Windows Server Engineer

• Manage Windows Environment run and maintain including patching, deploy users, virtual desktops and servers, monitoring environment and create reports.
  
• Perform L2 support & administrative tasks pertaining to the end User environment, Applications, Roaming Profiles, AD policies, and Citrix policies as required.
  

3+ year experience supporting multiple Windows environments in a global company’s environment

Requirements

• Windows Server 2008/2012 Troubleshooting
  
• Virtualization experience (VMware, Citrix)
  
• Ability to work successfully in both a team environment and independently.
  
• Effectively participate in a virtual, globally, diverse, distributed team.
  
• Broad understanding of how technology impacts business
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including fluency in English and cultural awareness
  
• Strong problem-solving / customer service skills.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot problems in most components of the technology structure.
  
• Technical support experience in an enterprise networked (LAN/WAN) environment.
  
• Ability to quickly cut through issues and choose best solutions and course of action.
  
• Strong organization skills
  
• Knowledge or experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, configuration)
  
• Citrix experience – huge advantage
