YouTube Manager (Finance)

A results-driven producer who understands both business and content. You will analyze products, prepare clear video briefs, coordinate with talent, and help guide the production process from idea to final output. In a small team, you will have real ownership and direct impact on how efficiently content is produced and how well it performs.

• Analyze products and translate them into clear, effective video briefs
• Coordinate with talent, making sure scripts, instructions, and expectations are clear before filming
• Review incoming footage and resolve issues quickly when materials do not meet expectations
• Help ensure that scripts, recorded materials, and final videos stay aligned with the original brief and business goals
• Own the production flow end-to-end, ensuring content moves smoothly and is delivered on time and at a high standard
• Continuously look for ways to improve the production process and make it more scalable
• Keep business goals and content performance aligned throughout every stage of production

• Proven experience in production, project management, content operations, or a similar coordinating role
• Strong business understanding, with the ability to translate product and market insight into clear content direction
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
• A solid understanding of how content moves from brief to script to final video
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and comfort dealing with problems quickly and effectively
• Strong communication skills and confidence coordinating with both creative contributors and external talent
• High ownership and a results-driven approach to production quality and efficiency
• The flexibility and efficiency needed to work in a small, fast-moving team
• A pragmatic attitude toward AI and other tools — using them to work smarter and faster while maintaining a high bar for quality

• Experience with YouTube or affiliate-based content would be a strong plus
