Senior accountant manager

Our client provide bookkeeping and accounting services, including VAT and income tax calculations. We take care of payments, invoicing, controlling and reporting, including preparation of the financial accounts for audit not only in Lithuania, but in other Europe countries. Your main duties will be:

- Perform general accounting and bookkeeping procedures;
- Investment management and asset counting;
- Administrate intercompany transactions and reconciliations;
- Handle multiple client relations in order to provide top quality accounting services to international clients;
- Prepare month-end, quarterly and year-end reports on a timely basis;
- Participate in period end closing and reporting processes;
- Manage other ad-hoc tasks;
- Be the key contact person for clients for all inquiries related to accounting;
- Assistance with financial audit, communication with auditors;
- Supervise 3-4 younger accountants;
- Assistance in filing tax returns, communication with tax advisors.

We’re looking for a proactive team player who:

- Has a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field;
- Has at least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in financial accounting;
- Speaks fluently in English, Russian is considered as advantage;
- Has knowledge of IFRS accounting (advantageous);
- Has excellent computer skills;
- Has good communication skills;
- Has ability to work independently and take full responsibility;
- Is responsible and has accuracy for details.
