Sales Analyst

Your main responsibilities and tasks:

• Performing data analytics and business analysis.
• Developing and executive sales planning and strategy.
• Implementing accurate daily/weekly/monthly reporting, sales plans and reports.
• Planing, analyzing and reviewing existing incentive plans and creating new incentive plans for distributors.
• Working with team to provide timely analysis.
• Creating training contents of incentives and recognition's and communicating to stakeholders.
• Monitoring sales performance and forecasting trends.
• Executing other related tasks.

We expect from you:

• University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Mathematics.
• High level of proficiency in EXCEL.
• Above average level of proficiency in PowerPoint (ability to portray data in PowerPoint).
• Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian plus English or Russian.
• Proven track record that demonstrates a strong Analytical ability.
• 2-3 Years experience as an Analyst (Sales Retail or FMCG background).
• Experience with AC Nielsen data will be considered a plus.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels.
• Attention to details.
