Job Description
Your main responsibilities and tasks:
- Performing data analytics and business analysis.
- Developing and executive sales planning and strategy.
- Implementing accurate daily/weekly/monthly reporting, sales plans and reports.
- Planing, analyzing and reviewing existing incentive plans and creating new incentive plans for distributors.
- Working with team to provide timely analysis.
- Creating training contents of incentives and recognition's and communicating to stakeholders.
- Monitoring sales performance and forecasting trends.
- Executing other related tasks.
Requirements
We expect from you:
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Mathematics.
- High level of proficiency in EXCEL.
- Above average level of proficiency in PowerPoint (ability to portray data in PowerPoint).
- Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian plus English or Russian.
- Proven track record that demonstrates a strong Analytical ability.
- 2-3 Years experience as an Analyst (Sales Retail or FMCG background).
- Experience with AC Nielsen data will be considered a plus.
- Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels.
- Attention to details.
