Production worker

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently recruiting for General Operators for our client Sperrin Galvanisers based in Tynagh, County Galway in the West of Ireland. Sperrin Galvanisers provide galvanizing services to a wide range of engineering, industrial, commercial and residential clients. This is a permanent full-time position that can start immediately.

TRAVEL EXPENSES:

The trip to Ireland is fully paid for. We also pay for one return flight home each year. Travel arrangements are made upon arrival in Ireland.

ACCOMMODATION:

We offer free accommodation for the first 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, the costs provided by the company will be €75 per week.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lifting and tying of materials throughout the production process.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Willingness to do manual work;
• Must be reliable;
• Willingness to work in shifts;
• Team player.

PAYMENT RATE:

• €13.87 per hour 7:00-15:30;
• €15.95 per hour 15:00-23:30;

Overtime 1.5x after 8 hours would be worked in a shift and on Saturday. Double rate for Sunday work.

BUSINESS HOURS:

From Monday to Friday shift work in the following shifts: 7:00-15:30 and 15:00-23:30. Saturday shifts: 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
