Job Description

The Finance Department is responsible for managing various aspects of a company's financial operations. It handles tasks such as corporate development, ensuring pricing compliance, accounting, payroll processing, billing, credit control & collections, business & corporate finance, financial planning & analysis. Overall, the Finance Department plays a vital role in maintaining the company's financial health and supporting decision-making across various financial aspects of the organization.

Our team of skilled professionals ensures the smooth financial operations of the company, handling accounts payables, asset tracking, cost allocation, and more. Together, we manage payroll across various countries, prepare tax returns, and facilitate audits, all while providing crucial support to the organization.

Responsiblities:

  • Coordinate payroll processes in various countries
  • Prepare VAT and other tax returns, and reconciliations
  • Contribute to month-end and year-end closings
  • Participate in audit and financial statements preparation
  • Provide support to other team members in day-to-day accounting activities
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments and external service providers
  • Participate in various projects

Requirements

  • A higher degree in Accounting or Finance
  • A strong accounting background (Tax returns, Payroll calculation, Annual compliance)
  • A strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Full proficiency in English and Lithuanian – both written and spoken
  • The ability to pick up responsibilities quickly and can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attentiveness to details with the ability to effectively multi-task operations/projects with deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Navision or NetSuite accounting system would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of IFRS would be an advantage
