Job Description
At the moment we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join the team.
About the role:
- Lead the accounting and finance function for different entities (LT and International).
- Working with outsourced partners to manage financial and compliance matters of the entities.
- Implementing various internal and external reporting and control tools.
- Prepare companies for statutory audits.
- File reports with various third party regulatory authorities
- Prepare management reports and consolidated accounts.
- Managing and developing a team of accounting and reconciliation specialists.
- Working closely with other teams to monitor and manage OPEX and CAPEX.
- Dealing with various aspects of licensing matters.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience in leading and managing people & team.
- Excellent accounting knowledge.
- At least BA/BSc degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline (holding or studying towards professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA etc) is a strong advantage.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Very strong numerical, analytical and technical skills.
- High level of spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
