Accounts receivable

 Main responsibilities would include:

• Provide daily support to customers: analyse and resolve customer inquiries;
• Reconciling AR interfaces;
• Execute internal controls for Accounts Receivables process;
• Performing AR closing tasks according to the global closing schedule;
• Prepare Accounts Receivable reports and respond to internal inquiries;
• Invoicing customers in AX;
• Manage the payroll process;
• Report fuel consumption for company use;
• Book employee travel expenses and cost claims in SAP Concur.

The best combination to success in this role:

• Up to 1-2 years of relevant experience in a financial role ;
• University degree (preferably in finance, accounting);
• Computing skills, especially MS Excel;
• Helpfulness and willingness to work in a team;
• High level of accuracy and attention to details;
• English language skills.
