AR ASSOCIATE

• Run Billing interfaces and register incoming payments
• Prepares reconciliations of AR and Bank accounts
• Maintains deferred revenue and deferred cash allocations
• Prepares documentation and inputs information required to process write-off requests and referrals to outside agencies
• Reviews the accuracy of invoices, journal vouchers, and related accounting data and makes corrections as needed
• Performs work according to financial and management accounting policies
• Implements the updates or writing of policies/procedures/processes
• Has an understanding of accounting trends, regulatory requirements, legislation, etc
• Researches, analyzes and resolves AR inquiries
• Reviews and analyzes AR data and reports to ensure accuracy of data
• Performs month end and year-end financial close process

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• At least 1 years of relevant professional experience and accounting competence
• Problem solving
• Strong communications skills across different cultures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent language skills in written and spoken English

Useful skills:

• Experience from working in finance transformation projects is preferable
• Any knowledge of Swedish is highly meriting
• Knowledge and understanding of financial processes and financial systems
