Job Description

Work place: Vievis, Elektrėnų sav., Lietuva

Main responsibilities:              

  • Manage invoices - internal registering and delivery to accounting company
  • Calculate salary, transfer salary calculation to accounting
  • Purchase auxiliary and office materials, purchase small spare-parts from local suppliers
  • Organizing of transport

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience 
  • Ability to plan, organize, communicate, and execute
  • Ability to communicate in Lithuanian and English orally and in writing;
  • Ability to work in a team and independently;
  • Good knowledge of computer literacy, including knowledge of Excel
  • A driver licence (category B).
