Audit Analyst

We're seeking an Audit Analyst to join our Audit team!

Our team of committed audit analysts specializes in conducting financial examinations, data analysis, and ensuring compliance. We aim to support stakeholders in efficiently achieving and delivering sustained outcomes for our clients.

As our new Audit Analyst, you will:

• Execute operational activities: collect data from clients and review work with a focus on quality.
• Participate in developing audit plans and strategies: gain an understanding of the client and its business processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with more senior team members.
• Continuously acquire new skills such as audit planning, project management, and time management.
• Collaborate with teams and clients locally and internationally to ensure timely delivery of all project stages in accordance with PwC's quality standards.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or anticipated graduation within the next 12 months).
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on it.
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and presentation tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Lithuanian and upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in leading projects would be considered a plus.
