BAR WAITER/-ESS

− Responsible for beverage service and sales in the workstation that is assigned to him/her in the public bar or lounge
− Responsible for promoting and maximizing beverage sales in the workstation that is assigned
− Follows and ensures that the company beverage standards of service are being adhered
− Responsible to ensure that all aspects of Responsible Service of Alcohol polices and procedures are both met and adhered to by guests & fellow crew, within his/her designated area of responsibility
− Responsible to bring to his/her manager's attention if a guest has consumed excessive amounts of alcohol
− Ensure that all beverage stocks in the bars and in lockers or pantries are used, stored and accounted for following company policies and guidelines.

− Practical knowledge of beverage operations and service.
− 2 years of working experience as a bar waiter in a fast pace 4 or 5 star Hotel/Bars catering to an international clientele.
− Advanced level English verbal and writing skills, including the proper use of English grammar.
− Working experience with an extensive beverage program that entails premiums and super premiums in all beverage categories.

Monthly salary (gross): 1000.00 to 1500.00 EUR
