The center's IT department is a very important and significant contributor to overall business. We are growing our Big Data team that will take on new challenges within TELCO and are inviting you to join us as:

Big Data Support Analyst

As a Big Data Support Analyst you will be responsible for:
• Performing ETL Batch and load Monitoring.
• Analyzing the incidents and problems reported by business and development team and fixing them (L2 and L3 tickets).
• Performing the root cause analysis for reoccurring issues and providing fixes.
• Participating in change control board meetings and performing source Code deployment to production and source code management activities.
• Ensuring that service requests coming from business like data extracts or any queries related to data are fulfilled.
• Tuning and performance management of critical loads.

Reikalavimai

Technical skills you should possess:
• Working experience using HDFS, Cloudera’s Distribution including Apache Hadoop (CDH).
• Experience with Hadoop and related technologies (examples- Pig, Hive, Impala, Scoop, Sparks, Fume, Oozie, FLume etc.).
• Basic Operating System and Hardware knowledge.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (examples – shell scripting).
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle – Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Working experience using with deployment tools like Bamboo, Jenkinson etc.

• Able to manage escalated technical situations & develop action plans.
• Effective communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Ready to work in shifts.
• Know Swedish language (is an advantage).
