Building & Construction Engineer

We believe that you work as an engineer in construction or building with concrete and reinforcement as a specialty and that you may have done so for a number of years already. Most likely you have a job you enjoy but are starting to feel the urge to step on a new challenge where you as a person and employee will have a significant role in our development. We believe that you have good market knowledge and a wide network of contacts in construction and industrial facilities. Your language skills are important, you should know English both orally and in writing and preferably some Baltic language or Russian. We will reward you in terms of salary if you are also keen to learn Swedish when you start working.

We will place great emphasis on previous experiences and concrete results you have contributed to in your previous working life. We hope you are a solution-oriented person who sees opportunities where others see problems. You are structured and used to technical drawings and project management. What do we expect from you?

• Higher education in construction engineering
• Experience in strength calculations of metal structures
• Ability to prepare a full project when developing individual details and solutions
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD, MC Office program
• Knowledge of metal structures
• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering design and software
• Use of Eurocodes and construction normative documents
• Very good command of English both orally and in writing
• Very good organizational and negotiation skills
• Team management skills
• Logical and analytical thinking
• B category driver`s licens

• Experience: Site manager for construction work (Concrete and reinforcement)
• Proficiency in Russian, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Swedish
