Right now, we are looking for a Business/salesforce Analyst located in Lithuania to strengthen our Salesforce team.
Your next challenge
As a company we are transforming our way of working and mapping business requirements into concrete requirements for new IT systems. One of the selected platforms is salesforce.com together with several other platforms, including digital marketing, backend systems etc. To keep up with ever increasing speed of development we are looking for a Business Analyst to transform business requirements into concrete implementation specifications.
Telia has salesforce experts located currently in Vilnius, Helsinki, Oslo, Copenhagen, and Stockholm with responsibility for development and operations for multiple salesforce instances. As a member of this set of experts, your contribution will be an essential part of our Salesforce journey and you will have a great opportunity to grow as an individual.
If you want to be a key player in the forefront of Salesforce development, you are perfect for my team. You will initiate and drive activities that will ensure high quality end user services – and you will be a key player in accelerating how we grow and retain stakeholder relationships.
Who are you?
Your skills
- You have proven knowledge and experience from IT
- Strong communications skills in verbal and written English
- Comfortable to work in fast changing environment
- Determination to find the root causes of development requests and issues
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Willingness to learn new things and courage to dig deep in complex processes and IT systems
- Analytical approach
- Familiarity with various salesforce customization methods
- Understanding of the latest technologies in software testing, automation and possibly robotics
Your experience
- 3+ years of overall Salesforce and/or business analysis experience
- Preferably Salesforce Administrator or similar certification
- Familiarity with formal Business Analysis methods (IIBA etc)
- Familiarity with SAFe or other Agile methodologies, preferably a SAFe Agilist certification
