BUSINESS CONTROLLER

Responsibilites:
-Analyze business value chain, define ways to measure and report on the key indicators;
-Perform financial and business analysis, reporting insights and suggestions to the top management;
-Analyze management data, organize management accounting and reporting procedure;
-Perform internal and external benchmark analysis on key business areas and identify opportunities to improve operations and deliver more profitable growth;
-Support Sales and Operational Planning Process;
-Be a partner for TOP management in driving improvement projects.

What we expect:
-Experience in change management connected with transformational projects within a business or finance environment;
-Navision & BI systems experience (Advantage);
-5+ years of related work in Financial, data analysis or business controlling;
-Must have good written and verbal communication skills;
-Strong ability to build business cases, have helicopter view but also detailed analytical skills when needed;
-High level of conceptual and analytical skills.
