Right now, we are looking for Business data Analyst to join our new Incentive system center of excellence. My name is Simona Bernatavičiūtė and I lead incentive systems in Telia Lithuania. This center will support the business with complex issues related to incentive system. Our main goal is to rehaul all processes and automate calculations.

Your next challenge?
If you want to be a key player in the forefront of establishing our capacity to become data driven organisation and work with one of the most innovative organisation in Lithuania, you are perfect for our team. During the entire incentive system life cycle - you will deliver extraordinary solutions that would be out of reach for us without your help. You will need to drive the development of complex incentive reporting and provide insights about automation needs. As a Business data analyst, you will need to do day to day data run and monthly/quarterly bonus calculation.

Our team in Vilnius has the overall responsibility for providing organisation with a variety of analytics and analytical products, data management, customer retention activities and active organisational support on reporting and analytics. In this team you will have a great opportunity to influence the work that our team and organisation is doing.

Your experience:
For this role, we need you to have analytical skills and experience in developing reports and dashboards. You should also be experienced with standard SQL common databases. We also expect you to be familiar with enterprise-level data presentation and analysis tools like Qklik or Power BI. Your ability to popularize and simplify technical metrics and calculations in ways that our audience can quickly and intuitively understand will help you succeed in this role.

Experience with analysis in R or Python will make you stand out. VBA skills would be an advantage.

Working in this position you will receive a base monthly salary starting from 2000 to 2800 Eur depending on your experience.
