Job Description

  • Take responsibility for the company’s commercial development by identifying and implementing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maximize the utilization of the company’s assets located in Kaunas & Klaipėda, including a warehouse and land plot with railway access (leasing, new projects, construction or development initiatives, etc.).
  • Identify and attract new customers, partners, and business models to effectively monetize and utilize existing assets.
  • Initiate and manage new projects related to logistics terminals, goods handling, raw material flows, and asset-based operations.
  • Analyze market demand and commercial potential, prepare business proposals, and contribute to the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and spoken).
  • Solid knowledge of the wood industry supply chain, including sourcing, recycling processes, and raw material flows.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
