Business Process Analyst

You will join a current team of Business Analysts working from Spain, Mexico, Australia and Poland.  While the role is based in Vilnius, your area of responsibility will be system improvements for established markets, namely Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. You will help business in defining their needs as well as communicate required changes to an international software development teams, both internal and external - aka Business As Usual.

In IPF team you will be responsible for:

• Identifying, capturing and documenting process and system improvements as part of a continuous improvement culture;
• Develop and map the proposals for changing business processes and systems through the analysis of organization, process and systems;
• Work with business & IT colleagues to successfully deliver required changes through each stage of the project life-cycle, providing specialist input as required;
• Review and provide feedback on proposals and documentation supporting system and processes changes to ensure solutions meet the business requirements;
• Co-ordinate activities with in-country IT and business teams to prepare them & their users for change;
• Lead workshops/ meetings to gain understanding of business problems and shape business requirements;
• Contribute to the development of the project framework and advocate its use across the organization.

• Track record in a business analysis area;
• Experience in leading the analysis of large-scale, complex business change in a dynamic and changing environment;
• Commercial acumen, demonstrating a strong, creative analytical approach with attention to detail and ability to articulate thoughts & solutions in a logical manner;
• Influencing skills;
• Ability to manage activity and deliver value to multiple projects at the same time with changing the priorities;
• You will speak English with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Experienced in designing and facilitating requirements gathering workshops involving multiple functions and nationalities.
