The main tasks of the business unit manager are the development and implementation of marketing strategies, focus on team engagement and enablement, preparation and execution of sales plans, cooperation with strategic customers, advertising and budget planning.

 

  • develop and assure implementation of sales strategy and introduction of new products in the market;
  • participates in the development of the company's product portfolio;
  • focus on subordinates & peers team engagement and enablement levels
  • cooperates with the company's strategic customers and sells the company's products;
  • organize the sales and take the necessary measures to ensure results;
  • knows market research methods and product sales forecasting;
  • meets with clients, including scheduled client visits and analyses customer interests;
  • develops sales promotion budgets, sales methods, special promotional activities and campaigns;
  • controls expenditure and ensures efficient use of resources;
  • calculates the probability and usefulness of financial operations;
  • studies the activities of competitors and makes forecasts;
  • develop and assure implementation of sales strategy and introduction of new products in the market;
  • take decisions within the framework of its powers and demand timely and accurate implementation of these decisions;
  • participates in budget planning.

Reikalavimai

  • Higher education degree (preferable in Medicine or Pharmacy)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience in team management, marketing and negotiation process
  • Very good Latvian/Lithuanian and English language knowledge
  • Ability to set priorities
  • People management skills
