CAD Support Specialist (German required)

As CAD Support Specialist you will provide live support for internal product design and development software users by solving incoming requests in verbal and written forms. Preparation of workshop/training material for Creo Parametric will also be one of your responsibilities, as well as, managing the database of standard parts, symbol libraries, templates within PDM system. Additionally, you will be remodeling 2D production documents to new 3D objects. You will join an international environment of software experts and contribute to Festo global CAD know-how network.

Your daily workday will look like:

• Live support for internal software users in verbal and written forms
• Problem solving in the administrative CAD/PDM context
• International support in the development process of pneumatic and electrical product design
• Remodelling production documents to 3D objects and 2D drawings in 3D CAD system
• Modification and changes of existing 2D/3D projects
• Management of standard parts, symbol libraries, templates within Windchill (PDM system)
• Preparation of workshop/training material

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related area
• Fluent in English (C1) and good German language knowledge (B2)
• Good communication skills
• Analytical thinking
• Experiences in 3D CAD Tools

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Creo Parametric tool
• Knowledge of ISO standards
• Work experience in technical support
