Job Description

1. Rental of high quality and modern cars
• Offer optional extras to the customer according to his/her needs
• Delivery and collection of cars
• Door-to-door service for customers to workshops, insurance companies, car washing, etc.
• Delivery of cars to workshops, insurance companies, car washing, etc.
• Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
• Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations according to our quality standards
• Organize daily reservations according to the available fleet
• Invoicing and payment control
• Other job duties as assigned to meet business needs
2. Fleet technical support:
• Cooperation with suppliers, technical inspections, maintenance, repairs, tires, damage, insurance cases, etc.
• Other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Excellent language skills in Lithuanian, English and Russian
• Driver's license category B, at least 3 years’ experience
• Knowledge of the transport industry is desirable
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work on a team
• Good PC skills.
