Job Description
- Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors
- Partner with high-level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability
- Provide leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice
- Drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives
- Spearheads the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
- Represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings
- Work closely with the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return
- Work closely with Human Resources (HR) regarding hiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement
- Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers

Requirements
- Proven record from top management positions, preferably in fields of Engineering, Procurement or Construction
- History of leading and implementing performance improvements with teams and peers at a senior and lower level
- Extensive contracting and industry experience
- Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking
- Interest in, and experience from, continuous improvement initiatives and processes
- Extensive business network in the Lithuanian market, amongst others within oil & gas and chemicals and respective EPC companies
- Market and sales oriented, with a good understanding of client requirements and needs
- Strong operational experience and background, having capacity to lead not only large project driven but as well maintenance-oriented organizations
- International business experience especially in cooperation with Western Europe companies
- Strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, enthusiastic and result-focused
- Experience in managing and motivating staff on all levels
