CFO

We Are Looking

For a CFO who is well-versed in all aspects of financial management, ranging from complex accounting to budgeting, cash flow planning, treasury management, forex risk hedging with derivative contracts, as well as other business risk management. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader of the Finance team.

Get Ready to

• Drive financial planning, financial resources management, financial reporting
• Supervision of financial accounting, consolidation, and audit
• Communicate financial processes and reporting requirements in the organization
• Check/review management reports prepared by BUMs
• Generate monthly, quarterly, annual management reports for the group
• Lead the Finance Team
• Set and track financial KPIs
• Manage transfer pricing in collaboration with legal counsel and advisors
• Manage audits: choose auditors, manage audit processes, investor due diligence, etc.
• Present business financials to external parties (banks, investors, etc.)
• Present business financials to internal parties (management board, BUMs)
• Analyze financial data, take into account company goals and financial standing

What We Expect

• Experience as CFO
• Experience as Chief Accountant or Business/Financial Controller
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices
• Experience in consolidated financial reports
• Proven knowledge of corporate finance
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting, information analysis, LTV/NPV calculations
• Experience with Transfer Pricing (nice to have)
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
• Experience as a team lead
