Job Description

Card Systems and Platform Optimisation delivers a wide range of products to our customers including dual pan cards and contactless cards. Furthermore, we are part of delivering MobilePay which is used by more than 4 million users in Nordics.

Being an international team of 90 spanning across Denmark, Lithuania, India we are working on transforming our current platform, from being focused on the physical card product to a new modern infrastructure with focus on self-service digital solutions and mobile wallets;

We are in demand of passionate talent to propel our journey towards new platform development and deliver mission critical customer facing services.

You will be a part of a development environment characterized by the highest ambitions and agile development.

Responsibilities:

  • IT Change Manager facilitates successful introduction of Changes to an IT system or environment
  • Defines a change and release processes which are used by the IT development when handling new service, improvements or incident management
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organizational standards, policies and procedures
  • All duties are performed according to ITIL Operations processes
  • Responsible for controlling the Lifecycle of all changes
  • Develop and improve change and release process management solutions including performance suggestions
  • Execute CAB meetings and support the service of the change management tool
  • Define and establish appropriate quality measurements and metrics for CAB meetings and other change and release forums
  • Ensure early quality assurance and see correct use of changes gates/review throughout the change process
  • Ensure changes are implemented successfully and in a timely manner and only approved changes are allowed into live service.
  • Plan, schedule, supervise and coach subordinate activities within processes or services to achieve efficiency and quality goals
