I am Miika Viinikainen and I am leading the Change Management Office Team 2 in Service Quality Assurance, Telia Common Product and Services. With over 500 team mates in IT, network, analytics, software development, procurement, HR and finance operations, we are the Telia Company‘s competency hub working with cutting-edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.

We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team. Right now, we are looking for a Change Manager to join our Change Management Team in Vilnius.

Your next challenge?
We are now offering an opportunity to be a part of a multinational service assurance team. You will gain a particularly broad and interesting insight into operations of a large international telecom operator. Our values dare, care, and simplify are guiding us how to act and behave in our daily work.

As a Change Manager, you will be:

  • Combining your technical knowledge and superior customer service skills

  • Securing the quality of planned change request

  • Analyzing the impact, coordinating, scheduling, informing, and authorizing planned change according to change management process guidelines

  • Closely cooperating with specialists working in different technology domains

Who are you?
Do you an have analytical mindset? Do you have superior communication skills? Are you ready to ensure quality in CM process and provide world class customer service? Are you ready to investigate complex issues independently? If you answered ‘yes’ to any of the above, you may be the one we are looking for.

As a Change Manager, you will communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English. Swedish skills are great advantage. You might be close to graduate or just graduated. Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor’s or Master’s studies or similar work experience in Information Technology gives you a great base to the exiting journey! Most important is that you are curious and want to learn!
