Job Description
• Independent responsibility for developing and maintaining day-to-day operations of Kiev business unit
• Overall responsibility for business planning, development and maintenance of core areas such as sales & marketing, IT development, finances, personnel management and legal issues
• Set up, development and upkeep relationships with business partners
• Navigation and coordination of internal and external processes
• Team leadership to ensure timely and accurate task delivery
• Ensuring a smooth reporting process both with respect to internal and external (regulatory) needs
• Deal with ad hoc issues

Requirements
• Fundamental knowledge and at least 2 years experience as a top management team member in consumer finance (preferably in online lending and PDL), e-banking, FinTech start-up development or other online based businesses
• Self-motivation, self-education, self-control and self-will to solve challenges
• Efficient networking skills
• Team management skills
• Ability to prioritize a workflow schedule
• Ability to work mostly in the Kiev office and travel
• Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Management or IT field
• Good Russian and English (spoken and written)
