Chief Software Engineer

Under Advisory and Welcoming IT, belonging Advisory Solutions team is expanding its forces and searching for new colleagues in Lithuania.

The team is responsible for Advisory and Meeting Booking IT Services, which play an important role in most of our bank customer journeys. We would gladly welcome a new member to fulfil Chief IT Software Engineer role.

• Lead technical solutions in the team
• Initiate and own necessary OMB infrastructure and related improvements
• Be responsible for CI/CD process implementation in the team
• Support and coach other team developers
• Collaborate with IT Software Architect by defining the best design solutions
• Develop new functionality and improve existing applications
• Contribute to solving incidents and defects
• Work in an international/multicultural team

• 5+ years’ experience in developing and designing micro services as Web applications using Java technologies
• Spring or any other similar application framework
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift
• CI/CD: Git, Jenkins, Drone
• Experience with any Message queueing technology
• Kotlin language, Elasticsearch, Hibernate, Maven knowledge would be a definite advantage
