The M. K. Čiurlionis Foundation carries out various projects in the fields of culture, education, art, and diplomacy. The goals of the Foundation’s activities are the dissemination of the creative legacy of the outstanding Lithuanian painter, composer, and public figure M. K. Čiurlionis (publication of an album of M. K. Čiurlionis’s paintings, printing reproductions of M. K. Čiurlionis’s paintings, etc.), the dissemination of ideas (continuation of the artist’s idea of the synthesis of the arts, transferring creative symbolism into specific events, etc.), cultural exchange, cooperation with various state institutions and non-governmental organizations, the dissemination of world-class fine art in Lithuania, and the presentation of both well-known and lesser-known artists. The goals of the M. K. Čiurlionis Foundation are implemented through charitable and educational-cultural projects and through cultural diplomacy.
