STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL (S3I) client – a leading international insurance company - is currently expanding team in Vilnius and is looking for:

Claims Team Lead (Finnish Language)

Primary responsibilities include the following:

• To evaluate and measure compliance with Best Claim, Service and Communication practices through system reporting and file audits.
  
• To identify development opportunities within the team and provide appropriate training and mentoring that results in improved performance.
  
• To ensure assigned team has clear understanding and importance of achieving goals and critical objectives.
  
• To provide updates and direction to team regarding results versus objectives to ensure continual focus is maintained to achieve desired performance levels.
  
• To create and foster a service focused environment.
  
• To plan and manage work of staff, make decisions regarding pay, performance management, development, employment, and staffing.
  
• To provide authority on cases evaluated within assigned authority levels.
  
• To escalate and consult on leadership decisions that may have a broader impact on the relationship with the client.

• Excellent organizations skills with the ability to plan, organize and delegate effectively in a fast paced environment.
  
• Ability to promote and build a team atmosphere that fosters technical and service excellence.
  
• Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  
• Computer proficiency.
  
• Prior management, or related leadership, experience.
  
• Proficiency in Finnish and English is required to qualify for this role.
