Job Description

As Service Lead for Customer Online Meetings you will be technical responsible for Danske Banks Customer Online Meeting platform including service operation, design and strategy.

The Customer Online Meeting platform is based on Adobe Connect Suite and used broadly across the group for Online Advisory meetings with customers.

The ideal candidate will be a generalist with a strong passion for technology, be an excellent problem solver, have customer focus and is eager to be part of the journey to evolve and improve the future customer experience for Danske Banks customer meetings. This candidate must be able to be productive in a fast paced environment and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business and IT representatives to gather business requirements and translate them into a solution design
  • Maintain and develop service roadmaps
  • Work with relevant Business stakeholders areas to support our customer journey and experience strategy
  • Work with high- and low-level design documentation
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives, prepare business cases where necessary
  • Work closely together with Danske Bank's suppliers to ensure compliance with business requirements
  • Provide training for both end-users and technical staff
  • Keeping service infrastructure happy and healthy
  • Work with Service Desk to improve first time resolution
  • Solving issues quickly and efficiently after hours (on-call) 


Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Windows Systems Engineer or equivalent

    • Experience with MS SQL infrastructure

    • Experience with collaboration solutions e.g. Skype, Adobe, Cisco

    • Experience with network technologies e.g. CCNA

    • Experience with distributed systems and high availability solutions

    • Understanding of security challenges and solutions

    • Having a customer and end-user focus and approach to any solution design

    • Solid understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including architecture, design, implementation and operation

    • Solid understanding of ITIL processes

    • Excellent verbal, written communication skills to interact with team members, end-users and business stakeholders Ability to work in an incident management system

    • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
