We are looking for a Commercial Asset Manager to join our ambitious asset management team. The team is taking the leading role in the commercial and technical management of our renewable energy projects from the commencement of operations. One of the teams´ main objectives is the optimization of the operating assets throughout their lifespan.
As our new Commercial Asset Manager, you will drive and handle all commercial aspects concerning operations and asset management of the projects. You will assist in the further development of our asset management function and create solid long-term client relationships.
Areas of responsibilities
- Have full commercial responsibility for your appointed PV and wind assets
- Ensure good and trustful relationship with investors, local partners, utilities, PPA partners, landowners, etc. and a close cooperation with internal stakeholders e.g., Group Finance, PPA team, and Project team
- Income and expense controlling for projects in operation
- Follow-up on financial budgets incl. deviation analysis and liquidity forecasts
- Contract negotiation and follow-up on contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.)
- Commercial and financial optimization
- Investor and bank reporting
