T-LAB professional -True Meaning of Luxury Hair Care - is looking for a passionate and dynamic professional to manage our Marketing Department.
Mission
Establish and deliver in-market executions of luxury brand and company strategies in order to grow volume and profit across assigned markets and distributors.
1. Building annual marketing strategy, marketing plan and budget
2. Creating brand loyalty programs and trade-marketing tools.
3. Determine brand positioning by conducting regular market research and analysis.
4. Develop and execute price structures to ensure profit maximization while maintaining proper brand and competitor index relationship.
5. Sales results analysis and implementation of the company’s marketing activity for current distribution channels.
6. Provide clear direction and the necessary tools to the distributor team in order to achieve Brand and Company priorities.
7. Creating marketing materials: presentations, brochures, leaflets etc. (in cooperation with designers).
8. New products launch.
9. Effective cooperation with local and international off-line and on-line mass media, preparation and publishing of press releases, articles and product placement, etc. (in cooperation with PR and Communications Assistant)
10. Control of company's web sites and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkenIn) .

Reikalavimai
1. University degree in marketing, economics or other relevant education.
2. 2+ years of successful experience in marketing sphere.
3. Experience in cosmetics / beauty / luxury / fashion or other relevant sector would be an advantage.
4. Fluent Business English is a must. Knowledge of other languages such as Russian, Italian, French, Arabic, Chinese etc. will be an advantage.
5. Excellent communication, presentation and business writing skills.
6. At ease with "figures" and strong analytical skills
7. Computer literate with good web skills. Proficient with Word, Excel and Power Point
8. Hard-working, multi-tasking, self-motivated, passionate and reliable. High corporate ethics skills.
