A Network Administrator is responsible for taking ownership over the day-to-day operations of geographically disperse networking infrastructure, ensuring
proper functioning, upgrades, monitoring and security. In this role, the Network Administrator will be required to exercise strategy, discretion and judgment in
designing, building and supporting network devices and data communications. Additionally, this role will require Linux system administration experience and
involvement to work together with System Administration team accomplishing the various tasks as they arise.
Requirements
5+ years Experience in Linux systems administration.
Solid experience in Network administration.
Experience in Virtualization and Cloud technologies.
Outstanding technical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with automated performance and availability monitoring.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Degree in computer science or relevant field.
Good written and spoken english.
Desired but not required:
Experience working in highly available geographically destributed environments.
Experience with Cisco network devices: Routers, Firewalls, Switches
Experience with F5 Load Balancers.
Experience with SAN / NAS.
