Construction Manager

Your tasks:

• Carrying on construction works in accordance with current knowledge, regulations and Lithuanian building law,
• Maintaining direct control over works, in accordance with contract requirements, technical documentation, schedules and plans approved for works, quality, control and inspections,
• Coordinating works conducted by subcontractors,
• Preparing technical plans (i.e. plans for the organisation of works, controls, and inspections),
• Planning and ordering means of production, as well as controlling delivery deadlines,
• Entering data into a building diary,
• Overseeing OHS issues.

• Higher technical education,
• 5 years of proven professional experience in working on an EPC contract basis,
• Mobility (many business trips), flexibility,
• Very good knowledge of English (C1 level), ability to read specifications and smoothly communicate,
• Polish will be an advantage,
• Lithuanian will be an advantage,
• Unlimited licence for supervision of construction works,
• Knowledge of technical standards and law regulations necessary to perform construction works,
• Ability to manage teams of employees and subcontractors,
• Good organisation of work and planning skills,
• B category driving license.
