Construction site manager / Padalinio vadovas

- Reporting directly to the Madrid office;
- Responsible for developing a - construction project from start to completion with all aspects involved in the process;
- Management, procurement and supplier control, site work management, economic / financial control and monitoring, quality control, personnel management, etc.;
- Vilnius office management and administration.

- Capable to manage a project form start to completion;
- Must be native or very fluent in the Lithuanian language;
- Very fluent in English or Spanish languages (it will be verified);
- Bachelor Degree in Building Engineer, Architecture or similar;
- Experience of at least 5 years in building construction;
- Good knowledge of Autocad, Excel, and quantity surveying software.

Knowledge of Russian and/or Polish will also be considered.
