MRM Mining AB was founded in 2015 and we are a company located north of the Arctic Circle, in Swedish Lapland.
We are one of the leading suppliers of Industry and Public Works with projects mainly for the Mining Industry, tunnels, and relocation of Culture buildings, but also major demolition contracts. We specialize in larger Total & General contracts with design responsibility. Our customers are state and privately-owned mining companies, government agencies, municipalities, and larger multinational engineering groups. Currently, we work in the northern parts of Sweden, Northern Finland, Garpenberg, Stockholm.
Our operations include turnkey contracts, steel and mechanical structures, assembly, rebuilding, and maintenance of, among other things, transport systems and special machines. We also have staff, machine rental, and carry out advanced concrete constructions and complicated house transfers. Over the years, we have moved more and more from being a purely mechanical company to combining this more with construction and industrial facilities.

Job Description
- Ability to plan time to carry out project-related activities.
- Lead and supervise the entire team;
- Communicate with customer representatives;
- Ensure quality and compliance of works;
- Ensuring that health and safety requirements are met in the workplace;
- Working with project managers to plan and drive projects forward, monitoring schedules and ensuring we deliver on our promises;
- You will be involved in setting up schedules, coordinating your own activities and carrying out work preparation with other members of the team;
Requirements
- Previous experience as a construction: team leader, site manager, site supervisor, foreman, supervisor;
- Work experience in concrete and civil engineering or in any other production related company;
- Very good command of English and Russian, both spoken and written in C1 level, plus at least one of the Baltic languages (Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and extra bonus Swedish);
- A role model when it comes to working environment and safety;
- Very good communication and leadership skills;
- Experienced in leading 6-15 employees;
- Punctuality, good ability to work under pressure, determination and self-confidence;
- You value a good working environment and identify with our values: honesty, trust and respect;
- Logical and analytical thinking;
- B driving license is a requirement for the service;
