Cost Control Team Lead

The purpose of the role is to lead a team of cost control specialists to drive visibility of numbers, business partnering and reporting enhancement.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring and leading Cost Control specialists team,
• Ensure the understanding and compliant service delivery procedures by team members,
• Contribute to the maintenance and updating of Cost Control processes and procedures,
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of budgeting and forecasting process with your team,
• Support team members to achieve positive work environment,
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team members,
• Assist in the implementation of process upgrades for improving the efficiency,
• Hold close communication with stakeholders.

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related area,
• 3+ years of proven knowledge of finance and cost controlling processes and process improvements in Shared Service Center environment,
• Proven team leading experience,
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
