POSITION MISSION
To improve corresponding country or Key account’s IMC business (Integrated Marketing Communication, including Product marketing, Brand marketing and Retail marketing) by defining and executing proper Marketing strategies according to local cultures and Marketing traditions.
To develop and achieve the country or Key account’s sales target
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Marketing planning to achieve the sales target
Define country or Key account’s yearly IMC strategy and Budget plan,
Define and carry out IMC activities according to product lifecycle and regional characters, to improve Brand awareness, market share and achieve the mobile phone and other telecom products sales target
Customer relationship management
Establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers’ MKT and sales department
Marketing resource platform management
Integrate IMC resources and establish a valid effective suppliers platform for all kinds of IMC activities (media, advertisement, PR and promotions)
Marketing Team management
Building up and Management of the local IMC team
Marketing information management
Collect and analyze the local market information to find new business opportunity and provide the marketing solution
Build up IMC cases and training platform
Requirements
PERSON SPECIFICATIONSBasic Requirements:
Minimum qualification Bachelor Degree
Professional : Worked or working with Telecom company (Mobile phone vendors or Operator or distributors)
Relevant experience : At least 4 yrs(8 yrs for MKT director ) MKT experience in Terminal field, at least 2 years (4 yrs for MKT director ) MKT experience in Tier 1 mobile companies or Tier 1 operators
Required Knowledge and Skills:
1: Good knowledge on Tier 1 mobile companies MKT strategies and operation modes, capable to identify their advantages and disadvantages;
2: Good knowledge on Terminal products especially handsets, deep understanding of local end users needs;
3: Great foresight and ability to define effective MKT strategy, outstanding MKT activities planning skills;
4: Well understanding product lifecycle based Integrated Marketing planning and has successful cases;
4: Close to local medias, PR resources and Operators;
4: Good team inspiring skills, has at least 2 years successful team management experience;
5: Fluent English;
6: Good interpersonal communications;
7: Good professional dedication and ethics.
