Customer care specialist/representative with Swedish/Dutch/German/Norwegian/Danish/Finnish/Polish language (one of the languages required) (Relocation to Latvia)
Help customers with questions or problems using phone, email, chat, etc., making sure to solve them quickly
Keep accurate records of how issues are solved using the contact center tool
Make sure problems are solved on time according to set goals
Get help from the immediate supervisor for urgent issues
Work alone or with others as needed
Talk well with people inside and outside the company
Make sure customers are happy and do work that meets quality standards
Stick to scheduled work times
Handle customer contacts while meeting goals for how quickly we respond, how long it takes to handle the issue, and how often we successfully solve issues
Do extra tasks to make customers happier or to do better on goals
Go to training when needed
Requirements
English skills (B2 or higher level) in writing and speaking to understand documentation and log accurately in the client systems
Additionally, you need to have one of the foreign language skills – German, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Danish (B2/C1 or higher level)
Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is advantageous
Good at using computers and can do many things at once on them
Friendly, positive, and likes working with others
Can work well in a group
Likes helping people and solving problems
Ability to work shift hours
