Job Description

 


Lead development and implementation of digital strategies aligned with Company's portfolio BU plans and goals to drive positive customer and business impact. Lead the implementation of new global digital channels in line with country needs.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Strategic support, coordination and management of BU digital marketing (Digital media campaigns, HCP portal/Microsites creation and update, Email campaigns, Webinars, rep-triggered e-mails, customer engagement programs, closed-loop marketing etc.) that meet needs of Company's customers and Business objectives;

  • Project management of all digital activities – project kick-off, vendor management, project documentation circulation, conduction of content approval process, align funding and project KPIs;

  • Communicate with customers and key opinion leaders;

  • Analyse of market data, customer insights to develop engaging digital projects;

  • Design of UX (user experience) and rolling out of innovative digital solutions;

  • Collaborate with customers, KOLs and agencies creating content;

  • Manage program risks dependencies and project timelines to ensure on-time & on-budget delivery. Orchestration of cross-department collaboration for proper project deliver – Digital, Legal, Procurement, Back-office, Medical department, and others;

  • Be responsible (an owner) for patient-oriented digital activities following local adv act and internal compliance policies (AE);

  • Best practice sharing and projects chartering to other markets.

Requirements


  • Bachelor / Master degree preferred in marketing;

  • Understanding of marketing features in Pharmaceutical areas (alignment with inner policies related to adverse events, local law, procurement procedures and basics of project documentation circulation) and readiness to follow this process carefully;

  • Deep understanding of Multi-Channel Marketing principles, digital media (Programmatic, SEO, SEM, behavioural metrics, E-mail marketing, advertorials, retargeting, etc.), and analytical tools;

  • Experience in working with agencies/ vendors;

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing not less than 3 years;

  • Experience working with Rx medicines;

  • Experience in customer facing;

  • Proficient user of English;

  • Valid driving license.
