Job Description

We are setting up a new HR Operations team in Lithuania!

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out the day to day HR operations of the customer Service Catalogue and provide advice on its options to meet individual/team/functional requirements, including:

  • Resolve customer queries, via phone, chat and/or e-mail by analysing root cause and owning through to resolution.
  • Provide guidance to customers on Catalogue services policy and governance.
  • Processing HR Service Catalogue transactions in a professional and consistent manner following clearly defined processes.
  • Administrate HR service catalogue to ensure content is made available to intended audience.
  • Carry out assignment of required HR Service Catalogue tasks to business areas.
  • Create/manage email functionality.
  • Manage customer records on CRM.
  • Create/manage admin records.


We expect you to possess:

  • Fluent English and German (both verbal and written).
  • Good computer skills(Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and proficient use of the internet).
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Customer Service experience – ability to handle difficult users and explain complex query’s clearly.
  • High levels of initiative/problem solving and fast thinker and learner.
  • Ability to work under pressure, coordinate and prioritize activities, self-discipline and motivation.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Ability to think analytically, analyse data and extract key messages.
  • Experience in CRM Systems and or training administration experience would be a plus.
  • Ability to work on shifts.
