Bentley Systems is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to become a valued member of our Construction Management team. You will support our Construction Project Management solution that helps construction managers and infrastructure owners improve project team collaboration and help teams complete projects faster by empowering them with timely project information. The main focus of this role is to support our users with configurations, implementations, migrations and customizations.
Develops Custom Print-outs using HTML
Serves as a project manager and main point of contact for new client implementations
Coordinate system configurations in accordance with client requirements
Build project schedules and establish technical requirements and acceptance criteria for successful project launch
Manages migrations from eBid eXchange to ProcureWare
Responsible for keeping the client help portal content up to date and is an advocate for customers
Provides technical support and documents client feedback
Tests the application through the user interface to ensure that the client experience is satisfactory and bug free
Performs demonstrations, conducts trainings and periodic webinars
Manages new customer on-boarding
Manages periodic customer survey program.
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years of experience in IT consulting or project management in a customer facing role required
HTML knowledge required
Construction Industry experience in project/document controls, project engineering or construction project management
Experience running webinars and training sessions.
