Your role in the company 

As our Customer Success Manager Baltics, you will have the overall responsibility for the customer satisfaction of your own customer portfolio. This entails: 

  • Implement solutions for the customer by coordinating projects and setting up the system to fit the customer needs  
  • Dialogue with customer stakeholders, both on how to ensure smooth operations, as well as how to maximize their gains  
  • Use the CSM department tools in compliance with the departments SOP’s for proper maintenance of all relevant activities across your own customer portfolio  
  • Making sure our system runs optimally for the customer  
  • Conduct training sessions, both online and onsite, for new and existing customers  
  • Coordinating projects on all sizes of customer cases   
  • Ad hoc tasks related to system translation and system guides 
  • Customer support 


Your profile  

You are an outgoing person who possesses great people- and communication skills. Optimally you have experience managing several projects at once and communicating with stakeholders at different levels. You associate delivering high customer satisfaction across many customer projects as something positive. We provide complex solutions in a streamlined and intuitive format; therefore, you possess the technical savviness and are both specific and curious in your communication to meet the customer’s needs. 

You are diligent in everything you do, but also appreciate that things can move fast, and sometimes you must meet short deadlines. Flexibility is a natural part of your DNA, and you can remain calm and focused, in hectic situations. Furthermore:  

  • You are highly proficient in writing and speaking English and preferably Polish and Latvian
  • You possess a flair for IT 
  • Project management experience is an advantage, but not a requirement

We offer

Salary is set according to your qualifications. Ranging from 1.200 – 2.000 € a month (net).

Your primary working location is at our office situated in Vilnius. The office is located in Park Town at Lvovo g. 105A, Vilnius with access to parking. The office provides you with plenty of ways to unplug and catch a breath. If are you stuck on a particularly difficult case, maybe a game of table tennis is what you need? We provide gym membership and furthermore, you get to be part of an international environment with business trips to Denmark and conferences all around Europe together with your team. You can expect 25+ travel days per year.
