Customers experience management team is searching for a team member. New member should have experience and excitement to create new and maintain existing customers’ processes in balance with customers’ satisfaction and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• To design new private customers’ service processes;
• To maintain and constantly improve existing processes in order to increase efficiency or/and customers’ satisfaction;
• To track, analyse and evaluate processes efficiency. Search for possibilities to improve them and evaluate change benefits;
• To lead tasks/projects in customers’ processes area (business requirements preparation and alignment, process change management, new processes implementation in organisation, etc.);
• To create detailed processes descriptions and instructions.

Personal characteristics

• 2+ years successful experience in customers’ processes development;
• Knowledge in processes modelling for different customers’ service channels;
• Ability to work in a team with a diverse group of colleagues and managers;
• Customer service orientation and ability to see connections and consequences;
• Analytical, organizational and communication (both oral and written) skills;
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, engaged team member with high degree of professionalism;
• Advanced PC skills, fluency in English (both oral and written);
• University degree;
• Experience in Agile from business side would be an advantage.
