How will you make an impact?

• Serves as administrator of the change control system, participates in standard processes’ reviews to ensure compliance with existing procedures and data standards.
• Ensures change orders are processed successfully and in a timely manner
• Follows up with approvers via email/phone and escalates to their manager if necessary.
• Highly organized, a strong self-started, detailed, and patient with the ability to initiate Master Data updates as necessary, ensuring completion of corrections.

Key Objectives of the Role: 

• Manage requests for SKUs following PLM procedures and Service Level Agreements.
• Support and manage the coordination in Agile PLM and Oracle Cloud PLM workflows.
• Execution of materials/documents via Change Orders.
• Provide guidance to end-users regarding change requests/orders, as appropriate.
• Coordinate all processes related to New Product Introduction, Changes, Site extensions and discontinuation as appropriate.
• Support mass data updates in Agile PLM, Oracle Cloud PLM and ERP systems including testing, as necessary.
• Engage in team goals and objectives, asking questions, and providing feedback, as appropriate.
• May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Communicates with internal and external customers to collect product related information or address technical issues with the change orders/requests.
• Possesses initiative, enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, a positive attitude and ability to perform as a team player.
• Highly organized, a strong self-starter, detail-oriented and patient.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Associate degree from accredited college/university or 1 – 3 years of experience in Product Life Cycle Management, Change Control or other related experience.
• Proficiency in computer applications and MS Excel (experience with formulas, tables).
• Familiarity with PLM or ERP systems (as SAP etc) is a plus.
