Job Description
- Set targets, manage and monitor debt collection teams in several countries;
- Develop debt collection strategies and tactics as needed to achieve the company's debt collection objectives;
- Control the debt collection procedure execution according to budget and quality standards;
- Work with global headquarters to master and adapt best practices from various regions to the local markets;
- Monitor and refine debt collection processes, metrics, and tools to maximize success of local debt collection teams;
- Set the strategy for hiring and training of debt collection specialists in local markets
- Proactively identify and launch initiatives to improve both debt collection and operational excellence;
- Use data to be nimble and inform the strategy of your team;
- Collaborate with risk management and marketing to reduce bad debts;
- Report to company‘s top management on regular basis.
Requirements
- University degree;
- At least 2 years previous experience in the position of Debt Collection Manager or similar;
- Experience working with different international clients would be an advantage;
- High sense of responsibility, preciseness, ability to plan and set priorities;
- Responsive and positive attitude;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good MS Office skills;
- Good English language knowledge
