Delivery Manager

Hi, I am Darius Lapienis, head of Service Data Management and Analytics team in Telia. I have gathered a great team of like-minded professionals that I am really proud of them and we are currently looking for ambitious and forward-thinking Delivery Lead for Data analytics Products.
 

Your next challenge?

Your job is to take care of our Data products and drive them as Delivery Manager. This is a great opportunity if you love combining technology, demand management and customer relationships. You will spend a lot of time on your own, talking to internal customers, but you will have a lot of back-up from data analytics and data engineering teams and their leaders. Your primary focus is a positive customer experience ensuring smooth Data product creation and continual improvements. This could be achieved by close collaboration with internal IT support teams and their leaders, business stakeholders and external partners, constantly providing suggestions for improvements, coordinating change implementations, proactively recognizing and resolving delivery issues. You will manage complex teams which can consist of both internal and external team members with a possibility to on-board additional talents if that would be required by a task.

I am looking for a person who has experience in Delivery management in demanding and complex environment, is a quick learner and forward-thinker, ambitious to go beyond expectations.
 

Who you are?

You are a person who know there’s no excuse for missed targets, missed deadlines, or unresolved problems. I expect you to adhere to the following requirements:

• Experience in Project Delivery Management;
• SAFe foundations;
• Have good interpersonal skills to interact with a customers and colleagues;  
• Positive attitude, high motivation and problem-solving skillset;
• Have at least 3 years working experience in IT/Telco/Service industry services;
• Good understanding of IT and business processes;
• Have Bachelor degree in IT, Business or telecommunications field;
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)

Working in this position you will receive a base salary starting from 3000-ur (gross) plus annual bonuses which depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
