Hi, my name is Aleksej Dutkevic, I’m leading the Digital Channels Vilnius Unit.

I am looking for a Senior Developers to join our Frontend Tech team and focus on enabling Scalable & Maintainable Architecture.

This position is in Telia Global Services Lithuania. Telia Global Services Lithuania is the competency hub for Telia Company, delivering products and services in IT, network, analytics, software development, procurement, HR and finance operations. With over 500 specialists, the hub is working with cutting-edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.

Your next challenge?

At Channels we are taking care of products, such as mobile apps, B2C and B2B portals, IoT and much more. The main goal of these products is to create an unforgettable experience for every customer that interacts with our products and let them see the best that Telia offers.

As a member of the Frontend Tech team you are going to boost and enable FE Architecture, act as a tech mentor to the Channels dev community, stay focused on Tech Backlog deliveries and support Product Development teams in implementation phases of major technical initiatives.

As a developer you will:

Work in an international team of highly motivated professionals

Review code and mentor colleagues, to help them acquire more technical knowledge

Move forward while integrating with current business solutions and closely collaborating with experienced architects

Shape our continuously evolving tech stack to make use of modern tools and web standards like:

  • Vue.js, React

  • Web Components

  • Monorepositories

  • Headless CMS

  • Micro-frontends

You are keen to professionally form and discuss opinions on matters of code quality and software design trade-offs

You are willing to be a point of contact for communication during most of your day to the Digital Channels organization

You have the ambition to become highly trusted and well-regarded by your peers via your deliveries

Your experience & skills:

4+ years of experience working in Frontend development roles

1 year of experience working for an enterprise, similar to TeliaCompany

Experience working in a self-organizing team and have agile mind-set 

Experience in building and maintaining large-scale projects

Adequate CI/CD knowledge

Awareness of a wide variety of Frontend-related tools, and high level of proficiency in some:

  • JavaScript

  • CSS

  • HTML

  • Vue.js / React 

  • Headless CMS,

  • JavaScript build tools (e.g. Grunt, Webpack, Rollup)

  • Unit testing

  • E2E testing

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 3148 Eur (gross) to 4800 Eur (gross) Monthly (this is a reference range; exact salary depends on your competences) .
